Bangkok
Arrived at Bangkok Thailand very early in the morning.
Feeling tired and sleepy, it's waste of time just to take a rest in the hotel room.
Wanted to feel "Thailand", I decided to ramble about the streets.

Bangkok
The hotel where I stayed at is a Design Hotel, looks stylish and nice.
But, once take a step outside, there is the local life style. It's one of the fun in unknown places, in other countries.

Bangkok
Few minutes away from the hotel, that's the center of Bangkok, the railroad tracks above, big streets below and many cars and bikes are coming and going constantly. Heavy traffic jam is also one of the attractions. haha
Bangkok
Keep going on, and there is a very big Japanese department store, too.
Bangkok
Why there is such strange object here!

Bangkok
Some eateries and food stalls are open very early in the morning.
Bangkok
Found a interesting food stall near the hotel.
Though before breakfast, let's try some.

全種類楽しめるセット、30Bath(約¥120)
The popular snacks called Khanom Krok.
Looks like Japanese takoyaki made with coconut milk-containing dough.
They have a set of them that we can try all types : 30Bath.
It seems like the staff can't speak English, but no problem with only pointing at the menu.

Serve them not in a plastic bag but in a proper container, fasten with a rubber band, and accompanied with a plastic fork.

Crispy and soft, a little bit sweet with coconut milk flavor.
I've never tried this combination (sweet dough with corns and leeks) ,but it's Thai-ish and good.

Though I bought them only once, a auntie waved her hand with a smile every time I passed through, it made me happy.
I feel awkward or troublesome with this kind of thing in Japan, honestly, but it's even new and fun in other counties.
This is one of pleasures travel abroad, too, I think.
